When will you receive the Maanak Avoda payment?

In this article, we will explain the various payment schedules to receive the famous Maanak Avoda.
When is the premium paid?
1. employee
A) If the application is submitted before June 30, 2020, the premium will be paid in four equal instalments, according to the following schedule:
- 15/07/20,
- 15/10/20,
- 15/12/20,
- 15/02/21.
B) If the application is submitted before September 30, 2020, the premium will be paid in three equal instalments on the following dates:
- 15/10/20,
- 15/12/20,
- 15/02/21.
C) If the application has been submitted before November 30, 2020. The premium will be paid in two equal instalments on the following dates:
- 15/12/20,
- 15/02/21.
2. "Independent
If you are "independent" (Ossek Mourche or Ossek patour), the amount of the premium will be calculated on the basis of your tax return.
The dates for submitting the Maanak Avoda are the same as for an employee.
Please noteMaanak Avoda: a self-employed person or the spouse of a self-employed person can only apply for Maanak Avoda once his or her tax return has been submitted to the tax authorities. Since calculations are based on earned income, a self-employed person's annual income is only known once his or her tax return has been submitted to the authorities.
Reminder
Remember to take all your income into account:
- If you are an employee, then the amount to be taken into account is your GROSS salary.
- If you are self-employed, your annual gross taxable profit must be taken into account. Ask your accountant.
- If you are both employed and self-employed (Ossek Patour or Ossek Mourché), you need to take your total income into account. This means both your gross annual salary and your gross annual taxable profit.
